Award-winning digital agency Hallam transforms brand for new era of growth

Nottingham-based, award-winning digital marketing agency Hallam Internet has announced a rebranding, with a name change to Hallam, a new logo, a new slogan and a new website.

The rebrand serves to strengthen its position as a leading provider of digital marketing services for local and national businesses and marks one of the most important steps in the company’s evolution. Hallam has specialised in digital marketing services for nearly 20 years, and this shift moves the company forward to better prepare for the next steps of growth, sharpening the agency’s focus on what it can do for its clients and partners.

The transformation follows a highly successful period for Hallam, with the agency achieving 20% year-on-year revenue growth in 2018, growing from £600,000 to surpassing £3 million in 4 years. Hallam has created more than 40 new jobs in this time, with 25 new talented digital marketers joining the company in 2018 alone. Hallam now employs more than 60 experts at its Nottingham office, and is anticipating creating an additional 30 jobs over the next few years.

The agency also took home five awards at The Drum Recommended Digital Agency Awards, including best digital agency in the UK award (Grand Prix) in the 40-99 staff bracket. These awards are based entirely on client feedback and identify the highest-rated agencies in the UK. The agency was further listed as the best performing agency in the Midlands in The Drum Top 100 Independent Agencies Census 2018.

Team Hallam

Stuart Ross, Managing Director at Hallam, commented “The purpose of our rebrand has been to modernise the look and feel of the agency, ready for the next phase of growth.

“The name has been streamlined simply to Hallam, which better reflects how the agency is referred to internally and by clients, and is matched with a new slogan; Thrive Online. This simple statement encapsulates everything that Hallam can deliver to clients, and defines our organisation’s purpose.

“The new Hallam logo and colour palette brings a sharp new aesthetic to the business and introduces a new device: the “Tricon.” Each side of the Tricon represents a part of the simple mantra that underpins our core strategy: Think. Act. Improve.

The extensive rebrand comes alongside a new website that was built in-house by Hallam’s expert web development team.

Susan Hallam MBE, CEO and founder of Hallam, commented: “Hallam has evolved exponentially from the early days where it was based in my home office, and it’s exciting to have had so many talented individuals join the team over the last 12 months. We’ve been hard at work on the re-brand for a little while now, and I’m delighted to be able to share it.”

The Hallam website is a renowned repository of expert digital marketing tips and guidance and the new site will continue in that vein, with Hallam’s experts sharing their knowledge to help businesses improve their digital marketing operations.
