Following on from their successful Harvest Festival event in 2018, East Midlands based Ivy House Environmental are preparing for round two, which will see the event become bigger and even more exciting!

The flagship event, taking place on Thursday 26th September 2019 will see an array of stall holders ranging from laboratories and structural engineers to a wine merchant (who were extremely popular last year!) With some of the region’s most established and well-respected companies already confirming attendance, the event will offer the perfect chance for businesses to network, with a special outdoor meeting area dedicated for companies to talk business whilst also being able to have a drink, enjoy some food and make the most of the event.

The Harvest Festival is a chance for businesses and attendees to celebrate successes, build relationships and have some fun by getting involved in events such as Tug O’ War, Welly Wanging and Clay pigeon shooting. Beware, it can get quite competitive!

Now for the rewarding part – last year, Ivy House Environmental managed to raise over £1000 for the Titan Trust; a local charity who provide recreational opportunities to underprivileged children through the joy of sport. For the 2019 event, the hosting organisation is hoping to raise even more. All money raised on the day will be donated to this heart-warming charity.

Richard Sutton, Managing Director of Ivy House Environmental said “Corporate social responsibility is at the heart of everything we do, from ensuring we are sustainable and environmentally friendly, to raising money and providing support for different charities. We are very pleased with how the event went in its first year, but we know 2019 can see the event get even better. Our Harvest Festival provides an excellent opportunity to network, the potential to collaborate and a chance to share best practice; all in a relaxing setting conducive to great conversation.”

The event will be held at the Ivy House Environmental offices in Ockbrook, Derby taking place between 1pm – 4pm on Thursday 26th September. To register attendance at the event or for more information, please email: [email protected].
