A groundbreaking new venture that puts collaboration over competition is poised to launch, with a focus on strengthening businesses working across the Midlands’ property sector.
Whether you’re an estate agent, mortgage adviser, investor, solicitor, builder, tradesperson or designer, the innovative networking initiative entitled Property Exchange aims to nurture new connections between property professionals to help sector businesses flourish.
The new venture is the brainchild of regional super connector Kellie Johnson, founder and CEO of NetworkLocal and MyMidlands, who firmly believes that the key to strengthening the region’s property sector lies in bringing professionals together in collaboration.
Kellie, who will launch Property Exchange later this month, said: “Property is a relationship-driven industry, yet there are surprisingly few opportunities for local professionals, from every corner of the sector, to come together in one room.
“Property Exchange is about creating a welcoming community where conversations lead to collaboration, knowledge is shared openly, and everyone leaves having made connections that genuinely help them to move forward.
“We hope these monthly meetings will become a central meeting point for the local property community where, through collaborating and knowledge sharing, we can build stronger professional relationships that ultimately benefit both businesses and clients across the region.”
Since launching NetworkLocal less than two years ago, it has become one of the fastest-growing independent business networking communities in the region, having connected over 2,000 local business owners across Staffordshire and the West Midlands.
Its informal networking events and business mixers are renowned for creating relaxed and inclusive environments where entrepreneurs and small businesses can build relationships without the pressure often associated with traditional networking meetings.
The Property Exchange innovation, which will bring property professionals together once a month, hopes to start building on this successful formula when its inaugural event is held at Lichfield’s Andrew Downing-Booth Estate Agents, a proud sponsor of both NetworkLocal and Property Exchange, on Wednesday, September 16th.
