This weekend marked the official launch of the West Midlands most talked about property – Hedge House – on to the market, with The Signature Collection by Centrick commemorating the occasion with a champagne reception exclusively for the city’s VIPs.
Featuring a first-look at the incredible dream home in Knowle, which is priced at £3.5million, the event showed off all the property’s finest details. This 10,450 sq ft smart home has been built by 10M Group, and is set within 6.5 acres and made from locally-sourced brick and larch felled by the Forestry Commission in Cannock Chase. It also boasts a 10 metre high internal glazed atrium and internal garden.
Not only were guests invited to explore the property, but they were treated to champagne by Loki Wine, canapés by The Butchers Social, and live entertainment by Elegant Entertainment. The one-of-a-kind home was also complemented by Porsches from Porsche Solihull, and a stunning a range of art – provided by Maddox Gallery – which included the likes of original Banksy pieces, Warhols, and RETNAs, to name but a few.
