The global Pan-Asian restaurant welcomed guests for an exclusive first look ahead of opening its doors to the public on 21 September.
P.F. Chang’s® celebrated the arrival of its newest London restaurant with a lively VIP launch event at Westfield Stratford City, giving guests an exclusive first taste of some of the brand’s most iconic dishes before it officially opens to the public on Monday 21 September.
Taking place on Thursday 17 September, the launch brought press, influencers, and local community members together for an evening of food and entertainment.
Guests were among the first to explore the 460+ sqm restaurant and sample P.F. Chang’s signature dishes, including its iconic Dynamite Shrimp and Mongolian Beef, alongside several handcrafted signature cocktails.
The evening celebrated the brand’s Pan-Asian culinary heritage with experiences such as traditional lion dancing and drumming, Chinese calligraphy, and live music, creating a first look at the energy P.F. Chang’s will bring to Stratford.
The fully halal menu reflects P.F. Chang’s commitment to serving Stratford’s diverse local community and beyond. Designed with families and groups in mind, the menu brings together bold flavours, high-quality ingredients and dishes inspired by cuisines from across Asia, with plenty of options made for sharing.
Located on the second floor of Westfield Stratford City, above the food court, close to the Vue Cinema, the new restaurant has seating for 166 guestsacross indoor and terrace dining areas.
From family lunches and post-shopping dinners to evenings with friends, the Stratford restaurant has been designed as an accessible and relaxed destination for East London diners.
