The Hart School is jubilant after clocking up yet another successful year for its Sixth Form, with students achieving brilliant results and over three-quarters heading off to university or starting higher apprenticeships.
These “transformational” outcomes are not only higher than the national average but once again highlight the Creative Education Trust school’s continued strength in setting pupils up for strong futures beyond its walls.
More students have achieved higher A*/A grades this year, following the positive national trend, with “particularly strong results” in English Literature, History, Sociology, Media Studies, and Dance, with several celebrating outstanding personal achievements.
Standout results include: Harry Elcock, 2 As in English Literature and Media Studies, C in Law; Ruby Follows, A in English Literature, Distinction in Dance, B in Psychology; Daisy Irving, 2 As in History and Sociology, B in Law; Grace Mackie, A* in Sociology, Bs in Law and History; Kian Wharton, 2 As in History and Media Studies, B in English Literature and Hope Edwards, a Double Distinction in Dance.

Principal Ms Rachael Sandham said: “We’re incredibly proud of our students. The hard work they’ve put into achieving these results, with our dedicated staff, has been outstanding, and these amazing outcomes further strengthen our reputation for high-quality education.”
Head of Sixth Form, Ben Brennan, said: “We aim to set our students up for a strong future, and that’s reflected in over three-quarters of this cohort progressing either to university or higher apprenticeships. We are confident our students have the skills and the confidence to succeed in whatever their next steps are.”
In addition to offering a bespoke curriculum for each cohort, the school continues to invest in its offer, with one of its latest additions being a purpose-built dance studio.
