Vicky Taramasco, the owner of Little Dreams Solihull and South Warwickshire has been shortlisted for a prestigious Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWiF) Awards 2026. The EWiF Awards celebrate and honour the outstanding achievements of women in the UK franchising sector.
This year, Vicky has been nominated in the New Woman Franchisee category, which recognises her as a standout new franchisee…nationally! This nomination highlights her exceptional contributions, innovative approach, and dedication to fostering growth and success within the franchising community.
As owner of Little Dreams Solihull, Vicky has played a key role in driving the company’s success through visionary leadership and forward-thinking strategies. She is incredibly passionate about what she does and is constantly going above and beyond with new ideas for the network, and Head Office.
She reached her financial goals within months of starting to trade and is on track for an over 100% increase in turnover for her second year.
Vicky was nominated by Jenna Wilson and Fay Smith, the co-founders of Little Dreams Franchise following the outstanding first year she has delivered.
This includes not only supporting families but also providing content for charities, partnerships across her territory with Baby and Toddler classes where she provides free advice and also being an active part of the wider Little Dreams franchise.

I am particularly driven to support parents and carers in demanding roles, including those in the NHS, as well as families with SEND children who often expect sleep to be a challenge.
