Stuart Ward

Midlands-based ticketing software company Vennersys is targeting business growth with the appointment of three new members to its team.

As consulting and software specialists, Vennersys offers online ticketing and online point of sale solutions for visitor attractions with their VenposCloud software, enabling attractions to sell tickets, merchandise and food, as well as manage memberships, animal adoptions and encourage visitor spend.

Vennersys prides itself not only on the quality of its product, but also the quality of its staff. Both Jake Barker and Reese Collins have recently joined the team as support analysts, helping customers with any technical issues they may have, from troubleshooting and repairing, to first line problem-solving.

Support analysts continuously go above and beyond for customers, answering queries and assisting attractions (sometimes even on evenings and weekends) so that Vennersys’ partners can focus on providing a fantastic customer experience.

Stuart Ward has also joined as the Business Development Manager, working with enterprise clients and SMEs across the region. With more than 8 years’ experience within business development, Vennersys are delighted to have him on board and are in no doubt that he will add to the business’ success.

The new appointments mark a sustained period of growth for the company, which has expanded rapidly in the past few years.

Vennersys works with a variety of industries, including historic houses, zoos and aquariums, children’s play centres, farm attractions, theme parks, heritage sites and museums.
