Belmont Healthcare stands shoulder to shoulder

Across the Belmont Healthcare Group remembrance takes on special meaning as preparations begin in readiness to honour those who stood shoulder to shoulder.

From a special poppy window display at Madeira Lodge Care Home to their very own poppy tree of remembrance at Haslington Lodge Care Home, everyone will be recognising those men and women who fought for freedom during a two minute silence today (11th November) and 14th of November at 11am.

Special reminiscence events will also be held throughout the duration of the week where personal experiences of World War II and post war memories will be remembered and discussed.

Belmont Healthcare offers multiple forms of long or short, respite and day care, or at home care for those in need of support.  Specialising in enhanced care and support of older people, care is also offered for those living with Dementia and other life changing conditions such as Parkinson’s disease. Our homes are perfectly situated in delightful settings around the UK and provide a very homely atmosphere whilst being safe and secure making the people we care for feel right at home.
