Bloodstock specialism leads to Partner promotion for Chartered Accountant Andrew Diplock

Streets Bloodstock, the dedicated bloodstock and equestrian arm of top 40 UK accountancy practice Streets Chartered Accountants, is delighted to announce the appointment of Andrew Diplock as the firm’s latest Partner.

Andrew, whose focus is on the firm’s Cambridge and Newmarket offices, has only been with the firm for just over two years. His fast-track promotion from manager to Partner recognises his leading role in the development of the firm’s bloodstock service, Streets Bloodstock.

Commenting on Andrew’s appointment, the firm’s Chairman and Managing Partner, Paul Tutin, said: “We are really delighted to promote Andrew to Partner. He is well liked by clients and staff alike and has demonstrated a real commitment to looking after clients and supporting them with the challenges they face.

“With his passion for Bloodstock and his exceptional technical abilities as a Chartered Accountant, he is ideally placed to support our growing client base in the industry, especially with those looking for someone that understands it. As with other areas of our practice we are seeing a growing demand for advice that draws on professional expertise and sector knowledge.

“Over the next few years, we see Andrew, along with his fellow Partners including Tax Partner Paul Brophy, playing a key part in the development of Streets Bloodstock, which we believe is one of only a handful of industry specific accountancy, audit, tax, business and financial advisory firms.”

When asked what he is looking forward to in his new role, Andrew said: “‘It’s a fantastic opportunity and I’m proud to work with such a supportive and experienced team. Our Bloodstock practice, which is based in Newmarket, is well positioned to become one of, if not the most respected firm of Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisers looking after those involved in Bloodstock.

“Due to the breadth and depth of services we offer, we can advise clients including riders, owners, trainers, studs and livery yards nationally and internationally, providing specialist tax planning, international VAT advice, audit and wealth management.

“Over the coming months I am looking forward to meeting Bloodstock colleagues from the UK and overseas. I am personally very excited about the development of our Bloodstock practice in Newmarket and much further afield.”
