M. Lambe Construction, a groundworks and civil engineering company, has been appointed to deliver the infrastructure works for I.M Properties’ upmarket residential development within Blythe Valley Park (BVP).
The Blythe Valley Park masterplan will bring residential into the mix of commercial and leisure space to form a sustainable community in Solihull.
Appointed by one of the UK’s leading house builders, Bloor Homes, M. Lambe Construction will construct a new estate spine road and undertake highway improvements, which will provide the infrastructure necessary to support the building of 750 contemporary new homes.
