A Coventry and Warwickshire solicitors firm has added to its commercial property team.
Mander Hadley Solicitors has welcomed solicitor, Matthew Riding, to its commercial property practice.
Matthew qualified as a Solicitor in May, having qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in January of this year while working as part of the firm’s residential property team. He has now transferred into the commercial property team.
Prior to joining Mander Hadley Solicitors in December 2015, Matthew undertook his Graduate Diploma in Law and his Legal Practice Certificate, having completed a degree in Criminology and Psychology.
The commercial property team at Mander Hadley Solicitors is experienced in all aspect of buying, selling, leasing and financing commercial premises, and land development.
Matthew said: “I am pleased to be moving to the commercial property team, assisting our clients in the full range of commercial property matters.
“I am looking forward to further developing my real estate legal work and building strong working relationships with our clients.”
