Birmingham-based Colmore Tang Construction (CTC) is celebrating a major milestone after completing 1.45 million sq ft of residential, industrial and hospitality projects since launching just over four years ago.
Having established itself as one of the UK’s fastest-growing contractors, CTC has now delivered 1.45 million sq ft of construction – that’s around the same size as Hyde Park in London!
The award-winning contractor has completed 1,500 residential units and 100,000 square feet of industrial units, as well as the impressive 253-bedroom, four-star Park Regis hotel in Birmingham – the first Park Regis in Europe.
CTC is now on track to turnover circa £80 million in 2017/18 and has a further 3,500 residential units in the pipeline.
“To think how far we have come since launching as a small team of three just four years ago really is a huge achievement,” said Andy Robinson, CEO of the Colmore Tang Group.
“2017 was a fantastic year for us – not only did we go above the one million sq ft milestone, we also now have a core team of 75 based at our new headquarters at Fiveways in Birmingham and we were named Best Main Contractor To Work With at the Construction Enquirer Awards.
