The Armed Forces Covenant represents a solemn promise that those who serve or have served in the armed forces, and their families, will be treated with fairness and respect across our society. As a business, SJ Group is honoured to stand behind this pledge.
This initiative holds a deeply personal significance for Neil Cayley, Director at SJ Group, who himself served as an Engineer in the Royal Air Force. His time in uniform instilled a lasting appreciation for the sacrifices made by our service personnel and their families.
