Leeds and Manchester-based multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy Zerum Group has welcomed a new director of cost management to its Yorkshire team.
Pritam Mistry, joins the Leeds office of Zerum from Colliers where he held the post of associate director and brings a total of 13 years of experience to the new role.
In his new position Pritam will be responsible for leading and growing the cost management service offer for Zerum’s clients in Yorkshire and beyond as the consultancy seeks to strengthen its presence in the region, expand its cost management client base and build on its already established reputation for planning, highways and project management.

Zerum Group’s cost management team has enjoyed a strong start to the year winning a variety of high-profile projects. These include several residential schemes in Leeds for boutique property developer Countrylarge, and an 800-unit co-living and build to rent development, also in Leeds, for Solaris Real Estate.

Founded in 2013, Zerum Group first began as a project management and planning division with a staff of five, based in Manchester. It opened its Leeds office in 2018 to offer cross-discipline skill sets, additional offices, and a broader service offering. The group’s cost management service was added in 2020.
Today it boasts four divisions, with a staff of 36 operating across Yorkshire and the North West providing consultancy for planning; development management; project management; cost management; and highways and sustainable travel services.
