A series of egg-cellent Easter events have been lined up at a popular Farm Shop near Telford.
An egg hunt and Easter bonnet making will be taking place at Apley Farm Shop, on the A442 between Telford and Bridgnorth, as well as opportunities for children to meet the Easter bunny over the school holidays.
Some events will be held in the Playbarn and some in the picturesque Apley Farm Shop courtyard, while the egg hunt will follow an all-terrain path in the fields surrounding the courtyard – parents are advised to ‘hop’ online and book a ticket sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.
Daniel Morton, Operations Manager at Apley, said: “We are really looking forward to celebrating Easter this year with so much going on at the Farm Shop.
“The Easter bunny will be here and is sure to have brushed their fur to have lots of cuddles and pictures with the children – and they’ve also left a map along with clues for a self-lead Easter trail around the grounds, children just need to solve the puzzle to receive a chocolate treat.
“Due to the nature of the Apley site, we are also able to combine this fun with a session in the Playbarn here. So many ways to burn off that Easter chocolate and energy!”
Tickets for the play and find, which includes the Easter trial and a one and half hour session in the Playbarn, are £14.99 per child and they can be accompanied by two adults for no extra cost. Additional adults are charged at £2 each on the day and each ticket is for a set arrival time slot.
A Hide and Seek ticket, which does not include playbarn entry, is £9.99.
The Easter bunny will be available for 30 minutes after 10:30am, 12:30pm and 2:30pm, so participants need to ensure they have finished the egg hunt by these times to see the Easter bunny.
