Since its founding in 2021 by Sadie Jones, She Beasts CIC has grown from humble beginnings into a powerful movement, empowering females from all walks of life to reclaim their strength and overcome adversity.
Inspired by Sadie’s own journey of resilience, She Beasts started with community classes and has since evolved into a beacon of transformation and support, offering females the tools to grow stronger—inside and out.
A Legacy of Impact
She Beasts has been a lifeline for hundreds of females, fostering empowerment, personal growth, and healing. From 2023 alone, the organisation built a thriving community with a social value exceeding £50,000. Every milestone reflects the unwavering dedication and passion driving She Beasts to inspire positive change.
The Launch of the She Beasts Learning Academy
In 2024, She Beasts reached a groundbreaking new chapter with the launch of the She Beasts Learning Academy, offering accredited Level 2 and 3 diplomas in Gym Instruction and Personal Training exclusively for women aged 16+. This initiative not only equips females with career-building qualifications but also creates pathways to confidence and independence in a safe environment.

● Midlands Marketing Awards: Proceeds from the Midlands Marketing Awards raffle directly funded a females journey to achieve Level 2 and Level 3 Diplomas in Gym Instruction and Personal Training—an incredible life-changing opportunity.
