Leading housebuilder William Davis Homes has secured the industry’s gold standard ‘5 star’ status for the SEVENTH year in row – confirming the company’s reputation for excellence.

Building on previous success, the Loughborough-based business has received another overwhelmingly positive score from its customers.

Based on customer satisfaction surveys, the prestigious 5 Star Award is the highest ranking given by the Home Builders Federation. It reflects every aspect of the Loughborough-based company, from the outstanding quality of its homes to excellent customer service.

The accolade is only given to companies where more than ninety percent of their customers would recommend them to a friend. William Davis Homes scored a 98% satisfaction level overall.

Peter and Meg Froggatt are enjoying their second William Davis home, having recently moved from Loughborough to a brand new house on the company’s Wellington Place development in Market Harborough in Leicestershire.

Mrs Froggatt said: “We can’t fault the sales team here, they were so enthusiastic and helpful. When we said we liked this house, they suggested that we reserve it straight away. The next day someone else wanted it, so if we hadn’t had their advice, we would have lost this lovely home.”

The overall feel of the development is also a plus point for the couple. Mr Froggatt added: “I’m impressed with the variety of houses William Davis offers and how the layout improves the overall look of the street. Some other developments we visited just didn’t look as nice.”

Guy Higgins, Managing Director of William Davis Homes, said: “We’re proud and delighted to have again received such high praise from our customers.

“Winning this award for a seventh successive year is a fantastic achievement. It shows how our entire team has continued to achieve high standards and first-class service over the past year, despite the continuing challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic.”
