Yorkshire festival specialists Pink Moon gearing up for busy summer ahead

Pink Moon, the UK’s leading provider of boutique festival experiences, is gearing up for a busy summer with its team of specialists ready to provide luxury accommodation and facilities at 13 of this year’s hottest events.

From the Forbidden Forest in Leicestershire to the Isle of Wight in Hampshire, and the Rewind in Scotland to the Electric Picnic in Ireland, Yorkshire’s Pink Moon will be on hand to add their quality touch to events right across Great Britain.

With major musical acts such as Pet Shop Boys, Noel Gallagher, Billy Ocean, Green Day, Duran Duran, Billie Eilish, the Killers and Stormzy announced to perform in front of the Pink Moon tents this summer, festival goers are already starting to plan their accommodation needs.

With clean toilets, hot showers, pamper parlours, charging units, private food and beverage outlets, 24-hour security and experienced staff and management on hand to provide assistance, the benefits will ensure any festival experience is a comfortable one.

And it is not only the music fans who are set to benefit, as Pink Moon will also be pitching up at Silverstone in June as F1 legends Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen provide some va va voom at the British Grand Prix.

A crew of 350 temporary staff are currently being recruited by the Wetherby-based company, with general crew and front-of-house staff still needed.

Pink Moon managing director, Harry Lister, said: “We are really looking forward to the summer ahead as our teams prepare to deliver the very best in festival and events experiences.

“There are some really exciting acts booked for the festivals that Pink Moon will be attending this year and recent experience tells us that more and more people are now looking to enhance their experiences by adding an extra touch of comfort and quality to their stay.

“Our preparations started last year when we launched a recruitment campaign for the 350 members of ground crew that we need to ensure our services are top notch, and we will be continuing that process right up through the spring, so if anyone is interested in joining us, we would urge them to fill out the application forms and sign up for what promises to be a stunning summer.”

Spanning from June through to September, the roles offer a unique opportunity to become an integral part of the Pink Moon operation as the various event duties are complemented with competitive pay rates, three meals a day on-site, a complimentary festival ticket and comfortable on-site accommodation.

Pink Moon Events Manager Grace Baker-Brown added: “Beyond the tangible perks, working with Pink Moon means making lifelong friendships and relishing the joy of summer while earning a steady income. Seize this chance to work outdoors, be part of memorable experiences, and make the most of your summer with Pink Moon!”
