Well & Truly: Helping modern workplaces be more productive!

Fresh faced and sharp as buttons, these two sisters are leading the way when it comes to adaptability and resilience in the workplace. Sisters Kathryn and Sarah Phillips come with over 7+ years of experience of working and training in some of the world’s leading companies, including Jamie Oliver and Grey Advertising Global. Now running

workshops and training through their co-owned productivity and wellness company, Well & Truly, which launched at a time when employee productivity is at an all-time low.

Despite Well & Truly’s founders, Kathryn & Sarah, being under 30 years of age, they offer a wealth of professional and life experience to really make a difference in how we work today. Kathryn alone boasts a First Class Degree from Oxford University and has worked in leading advertising agencies in London, Paris and New York. Sarah comes with impressive experience of teaching at Jamie Oliver’s cookery school and having qualified at the Integrative Institute of Nutrition, whilst also being a qualified yoga and meditation teacher.

Well & Truly was inspired by their own setbacks personally and professionally. Sadly in their teens they experienced losing their mother to a four year cancer battle which very early on gave them a solid sense of what’s important in life and how no amount of money can make up for good health. That coupled with Sarah’s interest in food and wellness and Kathryn’s experience of ill health due to successive health issues which left her learning how to work productively with less energy.

Fast forward to today and despite Well & Truly launching in November 2019 they’re rapidly growing in demand, helping ethical organisations from Zoopla to Gravis keep their teams well and truly at their most productive and healthy. Well & Truly offers workshops and 1:1 training online and in-person all-over the world.
