Leading B2B marketing agency Lesniak Swann is celebrating a trio of award nominations having achieved multi-million-pound results for its clients.

The agency has been shortlisted for two awards in the CIPR (Chartered Institute of Public Relations) Midlands Pride Awards, for successful campaigns with clients Finning UK & Ireland and Polypipe Building Services (PBS). The company has also been shortlisted for an integrated marketing and PR campaign for passive fire specialists, FSi Limited.

The campaign for Finning – the world’s largest dealer of Cat® machines and parts – generated a £multimillion uplift in sales leads for commissioned Cat machine rebuilds. The high impact campaign focused on the expertise of the engineers and provided an insight into the complexities involved in rebuilding heavy equipment, such as a 15-year-old dozer. The multimedia campaign also generated a PR reach of over 1.3million in the company’s core trade media and over 1.6million impressions across its social channels.

The second nomination is for a highly targeted campaign delivered for PBS, specialists in drainage and water supply systems for commercial buildings. Aimed at building services contractors working on repair, maintenance and improvement projects, the campaign involved writing a technical whitepaper explaining the common challenges on site and how they could be overcome using bespoke engineered drainage solutions. The whitepaper and associated media coverage generated a £multimillion value in enquiries for Polypipe and achieved a reach of over 349,000 within their core target media.

The third nomination sees Lesniak Swann being shortlisted by the Association for Specialist Fire Protection (ASFP) for a campaign delivered for fire stopping experts, FSi Limited. The integrated marketing campaign, called ‘Leave no Gaps’ positioned the company as a leading authority in passive fire protection, in particular in the field of cavity barrier systems. The campaign included the development of a series of impactful adverts placed in key contractor and specification media, alongside a technical white paper identifying ways to drive up standards in the specification and installation of cavity barrier systems. The campaign was extremely successful – generating strong cut-through with the target audience and a seven-figure sales pipeline.

Managing Director of Lesniak Swann, Alex Swann said: “It’s great to be shortlisted for such respected industry awards and is testament to the breadth of experience and talent we have in-house, combined with a strong understanding of each of our client sectors, their customers and the media.

“Because we specialise in helping businesses with a technical proposition or complex route to market it’s crucial our team has the experience to understand and properly support those client needs.

“We’re here to help grow our clients’ businesses and this means supporting them with more strategic thinking in how their marketing activity is aligned with commercial goals.

The agency works alongside a range of global and national clients including Michelin, Caterpillar distributor Finning UK & Ireland, Norgen, KBR, Nuaire, Polypipe Building Services, JELD-WEN, and Etex.
