Top 30 advisory firm, Bishop Fleming has concluded another cross-border acquisition, as two international businesses join forces to help grow their global delivery network.

Software consulting firm, Bits In Glass, who provide digital transformation to businesses has acquired Crochet Technologies, a UK and India based consultancy focussing on process automation.

Bishop Fleming’s Corporate Finance Team led the UK transaction for Canadian headquartered Bits In Glass, enabling the company to continue its expansion to grow and broaden its technology expertise. The acquisition creates a truly international group with Worldwide capability.

Crochet Technologies was founded in 2017 by a team of software experts who established the need for a lean technology-driven approach to end-to-end business process management solutions and services. The business has become a Bits In Glass company.

The transaction will widen the offering to existing customers and support a global delivery network which will refine project economics and provide more flexible resourcing.
