After weeks hidden behind hoardings, the wait is finally over; High Line has arrived at Resorts World Birmingham, bringing with it a breath of air into the region’s nightlife.
High Line is the place where show-stopping cocktails, bold global flavours, and unforgettable live entertainment come together under one roof. From its buzzing opening night, guests will be able to step into a space that blends the intimacy of a cocktail bar with the excitement of a live music venue, all with the glamour of its setting right by Resorts World Casino.
The food menu is designed to be as playful as the atmosphere – tacos, bao buns, sliders, pizzas, burgers, steaks, colourful bowls and classic mains – served from lunch through until late. Many of the dishes are made for mixing, matching and sharing, whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a night out.
At the bar, cocktails take centre stage with creations that are as striking as they are flavourful. Guests can sip on a Silk Stocking – a mix of tequila, white chocolate liqueur, strawberry and cream – or cool off with a Lavender and Vanilla Refresher, laced with butterfly pea vodka and Galliano. Those who prefer classics won’t be left out, with favourites like Espresso Martinis, Pornstar Martinis and Aperol Spritzes all given the High Line treatment.
Music is at the heart of the High Line experience. Live bands are set to take the stage every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, with chilled midweek sessions giving way to high-energy weekend sets packed with unforgettable anthems and crowd favourites. Once the bands finish, DJs keep the party alive into the early hours – and on key arena nights, expect even more surprises.
With the opening commencing soon, Matthew Rowe, Operations Manager at High Line, expressed his excitement: “We’ve been keeping High Line under wraps for a little while now, so it’s amazing to finally open the doors. High Line is all about fun; cocktails that wow, food that makes you want to share, and music that keeps you singing along all night.
