Leicester City players and staff take part in a team bonding golf game at Treetop Adventure Golf
The rainforest was full of Foxes this Thursday morning as Leicester City Football Club enjoyed a team social at Treetop Adventure Golf in Leicester.
Ahead of arguably their biggest game of the season, as they prepare to face Liverpool at Anfield this Saturday, the whole first team squad and coaching staff descended on the attraction based at Highcross Leicester, for a game of mini golf in the Amazon rainforest.
With Leicester City currently sitting 3rd in the Premier League players including Jamie Vardy and James Maddison got fully into the spirit of the game, with both arriving dressed in their golfing gear. This certainly seemed to improve their performance as manager, Brendan Rodgers, confirmed in his pre-match press conference that Jamie Vardy and goalkeeper, Danny Ward, had beaten him on the final hole.
Treetop Adventure Golf opened in Highcross Leicester in June 2019 and has been a big hit since its launch. With two indoor 18-hole courses, visitors can choose to tackle the Tropical Trail, navigating their way through the rainforest, or brave the mystical magic of the Ancient Explorer.
