A brand new co-working initiative tailored for female business leaders has officially launched last month in Solihull. Initiated by Charlotte Bowden, Account Manager for Business Growth West Midlands, The Female Floor was introduced last month in partnership with Solihull Council, Solihull College and Innovate UK to create an empowering, collaborative space for women in business.
Held monthly at Solihull Business Centre, The Female Floor offers a welcoming environment for female professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders to co-work, network, and grow their businesses alongside a supportive community.
The next co-working day will take place on Tuesday, 3rd June, and will feature a special Lunch & Learn session from 12pm to 2pm. The session will explore the power of AI in business and daily life, led by expert Michelle Johnson of Ideal Intelligence, known for her practical insight into making AI accessible and impactful for SMEs.
Charlotte Bowden commented: “The Female Floor is all about connection, collaboration and confidence. Women thrive when they feel supported, and we’re proud to bring this unique space to Solihull that’s designed by and for women in business. Each month will feature new opportunities to learn and share – it’s about time we made more room at the table.”
