TCT receives esteemed recognition at Dine Out’s Classic Cocktail Competition.
The Coconut Tree (TCT), the authentic Sri Lankan restaurant group with nine sites across the UK, is thrilled to announce its latest achievement – winning the prestigious Negroni of the Year Award in the 2023 Classic Cocktail Competition. The award-winning Negroni cocktail is a delightful blend of tradition and innovation. The ‘Now or Never Negroni’, The Coconut Tree’s take on the classic drink, is a concoction of island botanical flavours in combo with a sour-smacking lolly.
The award serves as a testament to TCT’s commitment to excellence in crafting exceptional cocktails (or Cocotails, as they’re known in the restaurant) and its dedication to providing an unforgettable experience to all of its guests.
The Classic Cocktail Competition, which took place in Bristol last week, was hosted by Dine Out and Pub and Bar Magazine and acts as a platform that celebrates the artistry and craftsmanship behind some of the world’s most beloved cocktails. This year’s event witnessed fierce competition from top mixologists making TCT’s victory all the more impressive.
