A brand-new mobile app has been launched in Walsall which allows shoppers to have their essentials delivered to their door in a safe & time-efficient way, whilst supporting local stores.
The Aiyle App enables customers to shop from local grocery stores, butchers and pharmacists all via a few taps on their phone, and schedule the order to be delivered or collected in store at a convenient time. It also allows substitute product requests to be managed all within the app, rather than items being removed from the order if they are not available.
The app has been created by a husband-and-wife team who are based in the West Midlands, and developed it to allow people to shop in a simply, smarter way.
Paul Garcha, Co-founder at Aiyle said “our vision is to help people support their local stores, and at the same time allow them to save time when it comes to shopping for essentials. We have seen over the last year how crucial our local stores are to the community, and at the same time how important it is to enjoy any free time we have given the busy world we live in. So we want the Aiyle app to help people save time when it comes to shopping for all their essentials, and instead spend the saved time on the things which matter to them.”
The first four stores live on the app in Walsall are W.T Hill & Son, Pelsall Butchery and Bakery, Nisa Bloxwich and KV. Hartshorne Chemists with more on the horizon. Paul added, “we have partnered with some fantastic local businesses who we are delighted to have on board with us. The app is based on location settings and will only show stores which deliver to the customers location so we are constantly looking to partner with quality stores to further increase our coverage in the local area. We will be launching with our first few stores in Dudley & Wolverhampton next week, and will be moving to get Birmingham online early April.”
