Charitable organization Shelter Scotland, with the support of energy efficiency services provider Green Home Systems (GHS), will host a golf day on 11th October 2022 at the legendary Royal Troon Golf Course. This event aims to help raise funds for Shelter Scotland, so that they can continue their fight against bad housing conditions and homelessness in Scotland.
“We really appreciate the fantastic support from our partner Green Home Systems in organising this golf day to raise much needed funds for Shelter Scotland. We are looking forward to the event at Royal Troon and it is shaping up to be a great day of golf and fundraising.,” said Michael Hamilton – Shelter Scotland’s Regional Community Fundraiser. “It is only with the support of businesses and our communities that we will be able to continue to help those who struggle with bad housing and homeless across Scotland and events like this are vital in our fundraising.”
Shelter Scotland and GHS are allies in the work they do. One advocates for better housing, and the other provides free-of-cost, energy-efficient equipment upgrades to Scottish homeowners and housing associations using grant-funding.
