Northampton-based Silverstone Fleet Management has been named LeasePlan’s Franchisee of the Year 2021, which recognises high-quality customer service and impressive business operation efficiency.
LeasePlan chooses its winner by measuring performance against a number of key performance indicators including new business volume, year on year growth and tactical sales penetration.
