Agents at Harris Lamb have let an Evesham warehouse to an expanding Worcester-based packaging business on a 10-year term.
Acting for Lane Cove Properties Ltd, the business secured Fernhill Packaging Limited as the latest occupier at Grosvenor Business Park, with the company signing a 10-year lease on Units 1 and 2, a 12,832 sq ft opportunity which has recently undergone a full refurbishment.
Fernhill Packaging Ltd supplies high-quality, food-grade containers to a range of industries, including rPET bottles for drinks and pill packers for the supplements sector. The growing company also offers bespoke design and manufacturing solutions and required larger premises in the region to support its expansion.
Sara Garratt, who oversaw the deal, said: “This modern, detached warehouse has recently been upgraded and provides 7.6m eaves, two electric roller shutter doors and LED lighting. With integral two-storey offices, a reception, wc and kitchen facilities, the property also benefits from an extensive yard and 24 car parking spaces.

The business is also instructed on Unit 3, a 4,028 sq ft warehouse at the site.
The building, which has also been fully refurbished and comprises of a semi-detached warehouse with a 7.5kn/m2 concrete floor, 7.6m eaves, electric roller shutter doors, security lighting, an extensive yard and parking.
