Developers, architects, local authorities and professionals from the wider construction and property industries are invited to the second in a series of specialist property development seminars, which will be hosted by experts at leading East Midlands-based law firm Nelsons.
The second part of the free events will share top tips on overage, restrictive covenants, promoters’ responsibilities, public and private rights of way, sales to Housing Associations, securing ‘finders’ fees’ and negotiating funding documentation, as well as how the escalating ground rents and the amendments to the Code for Home Builders impacts developers and their buyers.
The seminar will take place at Notts County Football Club, on Meadow Lane, Nottingham in the morning on the 10 September.
