Orders are open for the first drop of NIU, NQiGTS Sport Electric Scooters in the UK.
NIU Technologies has unveiled its new, top-of-the-range yet affordable Sport model, the NQiGTS Sport. It is another step towards market dominance for a NASDAQ-listed company fast becoming known for producing the world’s no.1 best-selling electric smart scooters.
The NQiGTS Sport packs all the high-tech features of its bigger brother, the NQiGTS Pro, at a more affordable price-point, with all-new removable battery packs. The NIU Energy power system comes rated for 1000+ cycles and can be flash charged in around 3.5 hours.
Customers can pre-order the GTS Sport before the 15th of May by putting down a deposit of £100. They’ll get £500 off their purchase, making the new model available for just £2,999.
Brand new 14” wheels and improved suspension make the GTS Sport ideal for nipping around town and can be ridden 60 miles on a single charge at up to 50mph speeds.
With a cloud-connected 5G module and GPS anti-theft system, potential thieves can barely breathe on the vehicle without the owner being alerted through their NIU smartphone app.
With cruise control, USB charger and self-cancelling indicators, this really seems like the full package- but is it all too good to be true? Judging by the reviews and feedback from the rest of the range it seems the only thing that isn’t going swiftly is the brand itself.
