National multidisciplinary consultancy Pegasus Group has welcomed the new decade with a number of regional and group promotions.
In total, there will be 8 new Associates based in the regions, while 6 members of staff are now heading up their respective departments.
Associates are Hannah Armstrong, Heritage Consultant in the Bristol office; Rebecca Dennis (Manchester), Krishna Mistry (Leeds), James Walker (Cirencester) and Stuart Wells (Birmingham) have all been made Associate Planners; James Fairweather (East Midlands) and Jessica Frapwell (Bracknell) have been promoted to Associate Urban Designers and Isobel Hollands in the Cirencester office has been made Associate Environmental Planner.
Group promotions see Christina Johnson, based in the Birmingham office, made Group Head of Health and Safety. This follows a series of group promotions that took place throughout 2019, with Dan Bentley made Senior Director of Group IT; Kerry Grice, Head of Finance; Stephanie Lawrence, Head of Marketing; Mark Ballantyne, Associate Group Brand Designer and Emma Thurlby joining the company as Head of HR.
Further promotions throughout the company see 8 members progressing to Principal level and an additional 13 staff promoted to Senior level.

James Fairweather joined Pegasus Group in 2014 following the completion of his undergraduate degree in Architecture. Continuing his education with the assistance of Pegasus, James has gone on to complete a master’s degree in Architecture whilst working full-time on a wide range of projects, for a mixture of small and large clients. His experience has seen him complete outline schemes for up 3000 dwellings alongside several smaller, bespoke applications.
