Having joined the group over a year ago after making the nerve-wracking decision to leave Wales behind and start life afresh in Manchester, Lewis had 0 experience in the world of recruitment and entered the team’s recruitment training program eager to prove he was the right fit for the job.
Lewis worked closely with Associate Director Billy on several key client accounts and helped source JavaScript Developers, Delivery Managers, and many other tech talents across the UK and Northwest. During this time, he consistently impressed management with his stellar attitude and candidate-focused approach to the roles he was assigned.

The news follows a fantastic year to date for the recruitment agency so far, with them nearly doubling the number of staff across their core teams (360, Delivery and Account Management) and raising an astounding £4,000 + for the Christie Charity in a 5-a-side footie fundraiser featuring DJ, refreshments, and a raffle, with prizes donated by a wide array of companies across the Northwest.
