In the same week, Milk & Honey picked up prestigious awards from both PR Week and the PRCA, recognising its commitment to people to first, purpose driven and values led communications excellence.

PR Week’s Agency Business Report for 2025, released on 30 April, sees Milk & Honey PR ranked at No 138 globally and feature in the top 10 of London-based agencies.

Founded in 2017 by industry leader, Kirsty Leighton, Milk & Honey PR has grown into a truly global agency in just eight years. Starting life in a kitchen in Balham, the agency now boasts offices in Munich, New York and Singapore, with headquarters in London’s iconic Battersea Power Station.

People first

Milk & Honey PR has also won two prestigious awards that recognise its commitment to a people first workplace.

On 24 April, the agency scooped the PRCA ‘Workplace Champions – Medium Agency Award’ – recognising its creation of, “…positive and inclusive working environments for colleagues”.
