The Ice Cream Alliance hosted its annual prestigious awards ceremony on the 5th of March, a night to showcase the people behind the most loved ice cream flavours of the nation.
On their achievement, Mediterranean Ice Creams said, “I feel absolutely on top of the world. Soft serve is one of the main products that we make. Over 40 years being in the ice cream industry, 26 years manufacturing ice creams, many sleepless nights, trials, errors and successes. You get to the top at the end, and this award proves it.”
Established in the 80s, the family has been a member of the Ice Cream Alliance for more than a decade. “It’s very important to keep our network. It’s what gives us our living, and you have to give something back. You can’t just take, you have to give back to the industry to keep it going, and all the awards.”
With over 80 years of history, this event is a highlight of the year, known for its rigorous judging process and the recognition of the highest standards and innovations in the ice cream sector.
