The team pride themselves on their flexible approach and ability to quickly adapt and learn new markets for their clients.
In their 12th year in Birmingham, Steve Swoffer, the founder and CEO is committing to grow the team to improve client results and support the internal team and their culture at Swof Media.

Chester Boothe – Chester joined the team this year as our Client Relationship Director, which is a new role at Swof Media.
Steve mentioned “Having another team member solely focused, on business development and account management, holds the team accountable to our high standards and ensures we’re always delivering for our clients.”
Jay Muldoon – Jay is the newest recruit in the Swof Media team. Jay joined back in May as the firm’s new Marketing Manager.
Coming from a background in digital marketing, more specifically, social media marketing, Jay’s the new resident expert on all things content creation, organic social media, and advertising.
It’s an exciting time for the Swof Media team, with several summer campaigns being delivered, with more campaigns being developed ready for later this year.
As another new role at Swof Media, the firm are getting serious about strategy, and campaign development, using more data and insight thane ever to achieve the best results.
What’s next for Swof Media?
With some recent new businesses joining Swof Media’s portfolio of clients, the new, bigger team are focused on onboarding, strategizing, and delivering.
Looking into the rest of the year, the team are looking to plan new workshops, welcome even more new clients, and are already thinking about their next hire when it comes to growing the team.
