Foodies, beer enthusiasts and fun night out appreciators have a new go-to place. KRAFT Dalston, the new instagrammable space in the heart of Dalston, brings everything every Londoner is looking for: high-quality beer, fresh cocktails, live music nights and a very cool and diverse atmosphere. To top it all off, KRAFT is welcoming a new food operator this month.

Seoul in a Bottle brings to London a unique Korean food concept with a modern twist. They have developed a diverse and captivating cuisine bursting with creativity, with the mission to revive the traditional Korean sharing food rituals through unusual ingredients and modern flavours.

To introduce the new food concept to locals, KRAFT and Seoul in a Bottle are doing a soft launch between July 8th and 14th, offering 50% off on any dish.

KRAFT Dalston is the third location of the German brewery, which also has bars at Mercato Metropolitano (Elephant & Castle) and Mercato Mayfair. The Hackney venue welcomes guests for Jam Nights every Tuesday, DJs sets every weekend and a series of events including brewery tours to learn the beer making process and gin tastings offered by Jim & Tonic, their sister brand.

Felix Bollen was studying in London when he realised a gap in the craft beer market, with no actual German craft beers available. Bollen then decided to join forces with Michele Tieghi, Anton Borkmann and Andrea Ferrario, friends, business partners and founders of KRAFT, to reproduce the traditional beer process used in his hometown in Germany, where beers are locally produced and drunk fresh from the tank.

KRAFT beers are produced according to the German purity law from 1516, only using water, malt, hops & yeast to push the boundaries of creating great, flavourful craft beer without fuss.
