Leading Midlands social enterprise She Beasts CIC has announced a significant expansion of its operations with the launch of a new multi-use Community Hub in Wednesbury, marking a bold new chapter in its mission to deliver measurable social and economic impact at scale.
The expansion reflects She Beasts’ evolution from a grassroots wellbeing initiative into a commercially sustainable, allyship-led social enterprise, designed to increase social return on investment while inviting deeper engagement from corporate, public-sector and CSR partners as it looks ahead to a busy 2025.
Since its inception, She Beasts CIC has delivered community projects with a combined value exceeding £50,000, operating a sustainable buy-one-give-one model. Revenue generated through private coaching, corporate wellbeing and CSR programmes directly funds community delivery, accredited training and progression pathways for individuals facing systemic disadvantage.
Founded by survivor and social entrepreneur Sadie Jones, She Beasts is led by lived experience of childhood trauma, domestic abuse, teenage motherhood and homelessness. Jones rebuilt her life through sport, discipline and mindset work — experience that now underpins a trauma-informed yet commercially robust delivery model focused on long-term outcomes rather than short-term intervention.
An integrated ecosystem for progression
The new Wednesbury hub operates as a “co-working for social good” model, bringing together wellbeing, vocational training and creative enterprise under one roof to support progression into employment, leadership and entrepreneurship.
The hub houses three complementary organisations:
- She Beasts CIC & Academy – Delivering accredited Level 2 and Level 3 Diplomas alongside structured pathways into fitness, wellbeing and community leadership careers. The Academy is currently training its latest cohort, with ten women enrolled in Level 3 Diplomas.
- RSR Workshop (co-founded and led by Big Stygs) – Providing hands-on engineering and mechanics training within the bike and ATV sector, alongside apprenticeships and employability mentoring for individuals who may not thrive in traditional education or employment settings.
- Suspect Entertainment – A creative incubator supporting confidence, identity and transferable skills through music, media and storytelling, including industry-led workshops with established artists.
The hub is co-founded and co-led by Big Stygs, whose lived experience of the criminal justice system and reintegration into work and enterprise directly informs the organisation’s commitment to allyship, accountability and practical routes away from reoffending. By retraining individuals with lived experience of systemic disadvantage, She Beasts is actively replacing cycles of incarceration and unemployment with leadership, skills and economic independence.

By providing tangible qualifications and professional apprenticeships, we ensure participants become so well-positioned and confident in their skills that they become undeniable in their chosen fields.
