A generous donation of recliner chairs and sofas from Willowbrook Mobility Direct will raise vital funds for Primrose Hospice.
Staff from the mobility company contacted the hospice to kindly offer them the surplus stock from their Hampton Lovett-based warehouse.
The hospice was delighted to collect a van load of brand-new recliner chairs and sofas which will be sold in their Headless Cross Furniture Shop.
Already, the brand-new items are being snapped up by the charity shop’s customers which will raise money for the charity.
Ian McRoy, Retail Manager at Primrose Hospice, said: “We would like to say a big thank you to Managing Director Jeremy Rolph and the team at Willowbrook for their incredibly generous donation.
“The chairs and recliners are already proving incredibly popular and within days we had sold several of the chairs and sofas.
“Each chair we sell will help the hospice provide free care and support to people with life-limiting conditions, their families as well as bereaved adults and children.”
Jeremy Rolph, Managing Director of Willowbrook Mobility Direct, said: “We are delighted to be partnering Primrose and hope that by donating our furniture, it will help further the great work Primrose are doing in the local area”
