A Hampshire-based small business has won an award from entrepreneur and former Dragon’s Den star Theo Paphitis.

Precious Cherubs, run by Francesca Endean, has been recognised for its achievements at a Small Business Sunday event in Birmingham. Precious Cherubs is a baby clothing and accessories online shop which sells bold, bright prints, including the iconic Australian brand Bonds. Francesca was presented with her winner’s certificate by entrepreneur and television personality Theo at an event also attended by Stacey Solomon.

Francesa says “I established Precious Cherubs back in 2019 after being gifted a Bonds Wondersuit from Australia. I fell in love with them and I wanted the chance to sell Wondersuits here in the UK. Precious Cherubs now stocks a number of brands including ClayBear, Lottie & Lysh and SlipFree. We’re passionate about prints so all our babywear is bright, bold and beautiful!

I’m absolutely delighted to have gained Theo’s support. It means a lot to me. I’ve put my heart and soul into my business and I really do cherish every single order I receive. Times are tough out there for small businesses so I’m very thankful my customers are continuing to support me. Being selected as a Small Business Sunday winner has given me a real boost and has helped me strive to keep going. Only a very small percentage of those who apply are selected so I feel very honoured to have won.”
