Anastasia’s Pantry was nominated as one of the most promising female-led and scaling food businesses in recent months – a proud moment for Anastasia, the founder. The inspiration behind the business came from a personal weight loss journey in which she lost 28 kilogrammes. Anastasia says “I was all too familiar with reading the nutritional labels and that’s why I’ve ensured mine is clean with no nasties, preservations or anything that raises an eyebrow”.
Since the launch in the height of the pandemic in 2020, the business has received a very positive response and continues to grow monthly. Anastasia is attempting to eliminate the poor reputation granola has of being overly sugary, filled with palm oil and an unbalanced breakfast. “It’s not just about losing weight, it’s about healthy habits seeping into every aspect of your life, starting with breakfast. That’s why our motto is ‘Healthy living and eating’”.
