Trending on TikTok – natural materials, neutral and muted colour palettes and modern designs – we can’t get enough of 2022’s latest interiors aesthetic also known as ‘organic modern’, a new take on Scandi.
Lucy Mather, from luxury online interiors store Arighi Bianchi, explains how to apply TikTok’s latest interiors trend in the home.
“We used TikTok’s ‘organic modern’ theme to style three rooms using our products, and we think it looks great!
“Overall, it’s a paired-back, modern aesthetic that embraces natural materials, nature, textures and a calming colour palette. You could say that this trend is 2022’s version of the modern minimalist look – with a little bit of rustic thrown in.
“What we also love about this look is that it encompasses many of the key trends that have been huge in interiors in recent years – Scandi, new neutrals, sustainable materials and tactile textures – meaning that a few tweaks to your existing scheme will give you a 2022 update.”
