Galvin at Windows and 10° Sky Bar, the iconic restaurant and bar at London Hilton on Park Lane, announces Antonino Forte’s appointment as Deputy General Manager

Antonino Forte has been appointed Deputy General Manager of 10° Sky Bar and Galvin at Windows at London Hilton on Park Lane.

With over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Antonino is widely recognised for his dedication and passion within the sector. He has won and been nominated for several awards throughout his career, including Moet Chandon’s Sommelier of the Year competition, Maitre D’ of the Year in Italy, and most recently the prestigious Master of Culinary Arts Award last November.

Antonino joined Galvin at Windows eleven years ago as Assistant Head Sommelier and has since been promoted to several positions at the iconic London restaurant. He starts his new role as Deputy General Manager of both the restaurant and neighbouring bar.

Antonino Forte, Deputy General Manager of 10° Sky Bar and Galvin at Windows, says: “Galvin at Windows has been my home for over a decade and I am thrilled to be starting in this new role as Deputy General Manager of not just the restaurant, but our neighbouring 10° Sky Bar. We are a close-knit team here on the 28th floor of London Hilton on Park Lane and I am very much looking forward to continuing to develop the team and expand our offerings. We have recently launched breakfast at 10° Sky Bar, as well as Friday Horizons, our live music nights every Friday at Galvin at Windows, which have both been hugely popular and a great indication of the success that lies ahead for both the restaurant and the bar.”

Peter Avis, General Manager of 10° Sky Bar and Galvin at Windows, says: “Antonino has been an integral member of the Galvin at Windows team for over eleven years in a number of roles, most recently Restaurant Manager, and has shown unwavering commitment to the business during this time. He is committed to delivering quality and excellence in service to each and every one of our guests and in November was recognised with a Master of Culinary Arts award, a testament to his dedication to his profession. This promotion is much deserved, and I look forward to working more closely with Antonino ahead of an exciting year for Galvin at Windows and 10° Sky Bar.”
