Fintech business, Modern World Business Solutions, has made a significant new hire to support its mission to improve transparency in the payments industry.
With over 20 years of experience building sales and marketing operational strategies for large enterprise technology businesses, Lee Atkinson has been appointed as chief operating officer.
Lee will be responsible for embedding new structures across Modern World Business Solutions to ensure effective operations and service as the business continues its growth trajectory.
He will also oversee the company’s recently-launched platform, The Payments Market – the UK’s only comparison website that effectively compares merchant services, to provide a transparent and secure experience for merchants when selecting their next payment provider.
Headquartered in Cambridgeshire, Modern World Business Solutions works closely with leading acquiring banks, including Elavon, AIB, Cashflows, Trust Payments, emerchantpay, Worldpay and many others.
On track to turnover in excess of £3 million by the end of 2023, the business is quickly disrupting the payments industry – with plans in place to launch more new solutions within the coming months.
