Financial Planning Group named as ‘Adviser of the Year’ Finalists

Independent financial planning and wealth management company, The RU Group, has been shortlisted as ‘Financial Adviser Award: Medium to Large Firm of the Year’ in Money Age’s annual awards for 2019.

It has been a record year for The RU Group which has seen turnover increase by almost 10% on the previous year to £ 5.8 million and profits increase by 17%. The Group also surpassed assets under management, its highest total to date and now has a record number of advisers and paraplanners with Chartered Status.

The Money Age Awards are now in their 4th year and celebrate the excellence, innovation, and professionalism in the ever expanding and innovative personal finance space. Honouring the banks, building societies, savings and investment providers, mortgage companies and personal finance specialists that have proved themselves ahead of the game in the field of consumer finance with their product provision, innovation, focus on value and customer service.

The awards will be announced at a ceremony at the Waldorf Hotel, London on 10th October 2019.
