Made up of six account managers and six budding interns, the ESM team brings a combined 30 years’ worth of experience to the table, offering clients agility, creativity, and expertise. The team prides itself on being young and dynamic with all employees under the age of 30 and each with their own personal passion in different areas of digital media production.
Founder and Director of ESM, Lindi Mngaza has vast experience in the role of Director in her other business ventures LM One Group, as well as The Allied group of Businesses. Lindi’s passion for business began at a young age and only grew after her time as a candidate on BBC One’s hit entrepreneurial show, The Apprentice.
Speaking on the evolution of the company, Lindi Mngaza commented: “I am incredibly proud of the steps we have taken as a new agency over the past three years. We saw an incredible 80% increase of turnover in 2019 and I have high hopes of building on these successes in the coming year. Our team has nearly doubled since we first started up and only continues to grow to this day. With Lindi at the helm, the agency’s collection of clients has grown to 15 this year, covering an array of industries: from pharmaceuticals; all the way through to premium food and beverage brands.
