A Nottinghamshire firm has been named in the Top 50 Best Managed IT Companies in the UK for the fourth year in a row.
Your IT Department received the accolade following a comprehensive business assessment, which recognises excellence in business operations such as leadership, sales, marketing, customer satisfaction and the adoption of AI.
Statistics show the Eastwood-based firm has achieved a customer satisfaction rating of 98.25%, which is 3.25% above the industry benchmark.
The award also recognises how Your IT Department has embraced AI and automation, saving around 60 hours a week on repetitive tasks. The company is now passing on this expertise to other Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
Managing Director Lee Hewson said the latest award was a result of the hard work and dedication of the company’s staff. Employees stay with the firm for an average of four years compared with an industry average of around 19 months.

In order to receive the award, entrants had to complete an assessment of 250 questions covering their entire business, with the highest 50 securing the prestigious recognition. Over 1,000 MSPs registered and more than 600 attempted the assessment.
