Caroline Hefferan joins as Director of Investor Relations, Europe, bringing over three decades of experience in investment banking.
Edison Group, the leading international investor relations advisory business, is pleased to announce the appointment of Caroline Hefferan as its new Director of Investor Relations, Europe. This key hire reflects the company’s continued expansion as it further enhances its European Strategic Investor Relations advisory service.
Caroline is a seasoned capital markets operator and brings a wealth of experience drawn from over three decades in financial services, working across a variety of roles notably at Japaninvest (now Haitong Securities), and more recently as Deputy Head of Equity EMEA at MUFG Securities. In her most recent role she was responsible for building and developing strong corporate relationships and leveraging the equity market capabilities of the business to help clients engage with the right investors in the right markets to support their capital needs.
In her new position at Edison, Caroline will play a pivotal role in driving the firm’s expanding IR capabilities, developing and executing Edison’s investor engagement strategy which combines investor targeting, outreach, roadshow and feedback gathering activities. These form part of the wider Strategic Investor Relations offering from Edison, bringing together research and non-research content, digital marketing, investor engagement and IR advisory expertise into a single, integrated service package for clients.
