After escaping domestic abuse and rebuilding her life from scratch, Kerry Boland, founder of The Growth Coaching Collective®, now empowers business owners across the globe to scale with confidence, strategy, and heart.
Kerry Boland, mum of three from Denton in Manchester has been named a finalist for the prestigious SheInspires Women in Business Award 2025.
Her story of transformation from surviving domestic abuse to becoming an international business mentor and multi-award-winning sales strategist has earned her a place alongside some of the most inspiring entrepreneurs across the UK. She is also the recipient of the Flamingo Business Awards Trailblazer in Sales & Marketing Award, and the Woman Who Achieves Awards for inspiring others through her coaching business.
Her clients have collectively generated over £1.5 million in revenue, with many achieving life-changing results.
This year, the SheInspires Awards received a record number of nominations in the Women in Business category, prompting organisers to request further information from shortlisted nominees before coming up with their finalists.
Kerry, whose background is in sales and technology, is building a significant following online and as a sought-after speaker. She said: “To look at where I am today versus five years ago is absolutely mind-blowing.
“I was stuck in a cycle of abuse and on the brink of losing my job. I’m so grateful I was able to escape that situation and build the life, business, and community I have for myself and my children. I knew I needed to break the cycle and never gave up on my dreams of inspiring others to fulfil their ambitions.
“To be recognised as a finalist in this year’s SheInspires Awards is an absolute honour. I’m over the moon, not just for me but for all the clients I’m helping and taking with me on this incredible journey.”
